APOSTASY Of The CHURCH !

PASTOR…. are you focused on preaching the Love, Grace and Mercy of Our Lord Jesus ?
OR
Are you focused on preaching the END TIMES and the FACT that SOON The TRUMPET will SOUND and soon after that event JESUS will be coming Back the 2nd Time with Eyes of Fire in JUDGEMENT, without love, grace and mercy for ALL Non-Believers in Every Nation?

Acts 20:28
“Be on guard for yourselves and for all the flock, among which the Holy Spirit has made you overseers, to shepherd the church of God which He purchased with His own blood.”

Your flock may not be a church congregation but it may be a team of hard workers on the shop floor or a group of volunteers working within the church. These people are your responsibility. God has tasked you with being overseer of those you lead. Even more so, God has paid a price for these people. He paid with the blood of His son.

Pay careful attention to yourselves and to all the flock, in which the Holy Spirit has made you overseer, to care for the church of God, which he obtained with his own blood.

John 3:30
“He must increase, but I must decrease.” Why is John 3:30 a scary Bible verse for leaders? Because it’s telling us that leadership and our lives aren’t all about ourselves. There’s a higher purpose to life and that’s to the ONE we should be modeling our lives after.

Proverbs 16:12
“It is an abomination for kings to commit wicked acts, For a throne is established on righteousness.” This verse is telling you that, as a leader, you especially need to be aware of your actions. If your leading with wickedness, your committing an abomination. Lead with righteousness and your position is established.

Proverbs 4:23
“Watch over your heart with all diligence, for from it springs all life”. At first glance, this Bible verse is benign. There’s nothing scary about it. That is until you begin to study the bible verse.
We discover our heart is the wellspring of life. Now, whether that life is good or bad, that depends on what you put into your heart. Are you putting good things into your heart or are you filling it with bad things? The choice is yours.

Matthew 18:6
“But whoever causes one of these little ones who believe in me to sin, it would be better for him to have a great millstone fastened around his neck and to be drowned in the depth of the sea.”

I think Matthew 18:6 may be the scariest Bible verse of all for Pastors. While this is describing what happens to those who lead children astray, this easily applies to leadership as well.

As leaders, you are responsible for those you lead. These people are looking to you for guidance, like little children.
You have a responsibility to lead and to lead well. You can’t take your leadership lightly. Realize your position as a leader isn’t for the faint of heart. You’ve got a great responsibility to lead by rightly dividing the word of GOD.

The Bible through the words of Jesus speak about 3 types of people who call themselves Christians. (the following applies to PASTOR’S as well !)

1. True Christians who take Jesus Nail Pierced Hand and walk together with HIM up the Narrow Road to Heaven…doing His Will not their Will in their lives.
2. Carnal Christians walk with Jesus on the narrow road but continually let go of His Nail Pierced Hand to stray into the shadows along the road Home to Heaven.
3. Professing Christians described by Jesus in Matthew 7:23… “Many will say to Me on that day, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in Your name, and in Your name drive out demons and perform many miracles? Then I will tell them plainly, ‘I never knew you; depart from Me, you workers of lawlessness!”

The Apostle Paul said to the churches of his day in 2 Corinthians 13:5…Examine yourselves as to whether you are in the faith. Test yourselves. Do you not know yourselves, that Jesus Christ is in you?—unless indeed you are disqualified.

PASTOR…speak the Words of JESUS. And have the Courage to Wear HIS NAME everyday including SUNDAY when you preach and teach !

Revelation 20:11-15
Judgment at the Throne of God
“Then I saw a great white throne and Him who sat upon it, from whose presence earth and heaven fled away, and no place was found for them. And I saw the dead, the great and the small, standing before the throne, and books were opened; and another book was opened, which is the book of life; and the dead were judged from the things which were written in the books, according to their deeds. And the sea gave up the dead which were in it, and death and Hades gave up the dead which were in them; and they were judged, every one of them according to their deeds. Then death and Hades were thrown into the lake of fire. This is the second death, the lake of fire. And if anyone’s name was not found written in the book of life, he was thrown into the lake of fire.”
