Inspired of God, the prophets foretold, how
The Messiah would come someday,
As it is written it came to pass,
No matter what men might say!

Our Savior foretold in prophecy, too
the things that were to be
And now His Word is coming to pass…
For all the world to see.

He said nation would rise against nation
And that iniquity would abound;
That there would be famine and earthquakes
And false prophets with doctrines unsound.

As it was in the days of Noah,
When man thought himself all wise.
He will come like a thief in the night, and
His bride, the Church, shall rise.

The tribulation will curse this earth
Like man has never known.
For with great travail and anguished cries,
Even loved ones will betray their own.

But such shall hail the King of Kings,
Who was born of low degree.
Every knee shall bow, each tongue confess,
That Jesus Christ is He.

God is not man that He should lie,
So do not be deceived.
You, too, will confess that Jesus is Lord-
Even if you haven’t believed!

For He shall appear to all mankind
From the greatest unto the least.
As lightning shining into the west,
That cometh out of the east.

So watch the eastern sky Oh race of modern man,
As it is written, it shall come to pass-
Jesus is coming again.
