My Parents were Holocaust Survivors. They lived the remainder of their lives as EMOTIONAL CRIPPLES ….haunted by the Memories they carried and the god that let them down. They never understood that they worshiped the wrong god (the god of this world). They never came to the Foot of the Cross of the ONE TRUE GOD. So they continued to walk in Darkness all the days of their lives….Never to SEE the SON_SHINE….Forever. Yes going to visit the place of horror is important but never coming to Faith in the SON of GOD will bring you to another Place of HORROR, where the DEAD SHALL LIVE AGAIN.
