HIS STAR IN THE EAST
Matthew 2: 1-2
“Now after Jesus was born in Bethlehem of Judea in the days of Herod the king, behold, wise men from the East came to Jerusalem, saying, “Where is He who has been born King of the Jews? For we have seen HIS STAR IN THE EAST and have come to worship Him.”
The 3 Magi followed the Star all the way to the Manger in Bethlehem. The Magi knew the Prophecies in the Old Testament because of the Prophet Daniel. They came looking specifically for the King of the Jews.
What made the STAR in the East so unique that they spotted it in the night sky?
Was it the fact that it was moving? Or could it have been something more like its shape as it moved.
Could it be that the Star in the East was the STAR OF DAVID?
The STAR of the Coming Messiah of Israel? The STAR that has 2 interlocking Triangles that cannot be separated. Because each triangle represents the 2 kinds of believers that worship the Messiah of Israel. Born Again Jews (blue) and Born-Again Christians (blood-red).
