In the fullness of time is a very strange phrase. When you add the word fullness to the word time you think it means the end of time. The phrase “in the fullness of time” is found only one place in the Bible; which is the Autobiography of God.

Have you ever in your lifetime given any thought at all to where the concept of time comes from?

Do you know where or when time began?

It is only recently after heart surgery that time has become an interesting study for me. Based on the insurance company’s actuary table calculations of the life expectancy of men, I only have a few good years left to live.

If I really believed that I certainly would be one very depressed person. Yet being a human with a mind to think and having the ability to reason along with being able to discern what is true ….I am not unhappy at all.

Why you may ask? Because I am held firmly in the hands of the great I AM. HE created me and HE created time. The phrase “in the fullness of time” can be found in the book of Ephesians Ch.1 vs 3-10. It refers to the birth of the Messiah…the SAVIOR….who came for one purpose to SEEK and SAVE the LOST….who desperately need to be FOUND.

HE literally came to Save YOU from yourself and give you the Gift of Life for an ETERNITY of TIME.
